What I have done in last month

Deploy the sing-box with docker and interact with mikrotik router’s policy routing, found that sing-box config file changing too quickly, must stict to just one version for statblity.

Applyied two jobs of japan, due to the language and culture fitting risk, I think it will be hard to get response.

Anti GFW tool is not going as I expected, the portal works but the brook is not good enough for the home broadband, when I change the tools and protcols on the VPS, the portal is not needed anymore. So done, but didn’t publish it to github

As my daughter’s high school entrance exam day approaching, I feeled exhasted and can’t focused on the side projects.

Daily logs

  • 0504 Deployed accross GFW tools both on the digital ocean and AkkoCloud, four tools both worked, plan to do some metrics to support how I should deploy the GFW tools in the future. (Due to the high price of Banwagong, and the shortage of low latency vm from Xianyu Cloud, selected the akko insted, RMB 299/year)
  • 0515 Tried raspberrypi’s official piconnect, took me about two hours to debug and read the documents. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work in China.
  • 0517 Subscribe Gemini Pro from XianYu, the process is horrible. Got a new account to avoid information leakage.
  • 0518 Bought a small board which can test the data cable, detectewd three cables invalid. Check the TF card and usb disks with diskgenius, two TF card found with bad blocks.
  • 0520 Made hexo blog site containered, wrote backup and restore script. Then I can write blogs from both home and office without bringing the raspberryPi board with me every day.
  • 0523 Subscribe ChatGPT Plus, as it’s very useful for my daughter’s study, and she trusts chatGPT more than me
  • 0524 Migrate from the old RaspberryPi image, abandan the legacy 32bit version, for it didn’t work for the MiniMind, Zeek and lots of other open source projects.
